Personal OS Databases

This is the Databases page, it explains how the Personal OS template is structured.

Important: This template is intentionally simplified for new users. You may have seen other “Personal OS” setups with more databases, those are advanced customizations and are not required to use this template.

The 5 Core Databases

Goals are outcomes you want to achieve, projects connect to goals
Projects are time-bound initiatives made up of multiple tasks, and often linked notes
Tasks are actionable items, they can be linked to projects
Resources are long-term reference collections, each resource can contain multiple notes
Notes capture ideas, reflections, meeting records, and can be grouped into resources

These six databases are interlinked to create a dynamic, efficient, and scalable Personal OS.
