After duplication, open each linked source and confirm it belongs to your own copy. Repoint any link that still opens the author's workspace before asking AI to write. Resolve the actual data source from the live database rather than hard-coding an identifier. Read the relevant default template and preserve its defaults. Update this map after an approved source move or rename. Do not add the author's private sources, local paths, client accounts or sample memories.
